The Monteverde Inn is one of the oldest establishments in Monteverde. The Monteverde Inn is near the butterfly garden and is located on Hidden Valley farm a 12 hectare sanctuary of primary and secondary forest with private trails . 

The Monteverde Inn has 3 different buildings that offer simple rooms but excellent views of the primary cloud forest as well as the Nicoya Peninsula. The quiet location is good for bird watching as well as exploring the wonders of the cloud forest.

Some rooms at the Monteverde Inn have a shared bathroom and shared kitchen, others have private bath. The equipped cabin is recommended for groups of 4 and offers a kitchen, two private bedrooms each with a private bath.  Breakfast is included in all the rates.
